Nothing brightens a cold winter day and gets you excited for spring like viewing photos of previous years blooms! I planted tulip bulbs during our first Fall (2007) and the following Spring I was delighted to have numerous red and yellow tulips!
I purchased the bulbs at Costco and sprinkled in some Osmocote as I planted them. The yellow tulips bloomed later then the red tulips. In the future I think I'll just plant one color.
I also LOVE our Magnolia tree.
It also brightened my day when I got pleasant comments from the neighbors knowing they were able to enjoy them too!
